What does the training program include?
Training lasts 4 weeks and is split into two phases:
- Weeks 1–2: In-person, hands-on field training at our corporate location. You'll learn all the pest control services and licensing requirements.
- Weeks 3–4: Remote administrative training. Topics include bookkeeping, CRM/routing software, customer acquisition, and phone sales.
- When you open, our corporate sales team joins you for 3 days in your territory to help you get connected through BNI and local Chambers of Commerce, and to provide business-to-business (B2B) sales training.
How large is each franchise territory?
Each territory includes a population of 250,000 people, ensuring a robust customer base.
Is a service truck included?
No, franchisees are responsible for securing their service vehicle(s).
Am I responsible for gaining my customers?
Yes. Each franchisee is responsible for acquiring and serving their customers. However, Complete Pest Solutions secures and distributes large or government contracts to franchisees when applicable.
What is the expected return on investment (ROI)?
Most franchisees see a return on their investment within 1 to 3 years, depending on how actively they engage in the business.
Can I run this business as a semi-absentee owner?
Yes, semi-absentee ownership is possible.
Do you provide a call center?
Not currently, but a centralized call center is in development.
