Although Complete Pest Solutions was officially founded in 2008, its history is rooted in decades of family tradition. As the third generation in his family to own and operate a pest control company, founder Anthony Farrell grew up learning the business firsthand. Like a family recipe passed down and perfected with a modern twist, Complete Pest Solutions blends time-tested expertise with today’s technological innovation and customer-focused service.

Before launching his own company, Anthony gained invaluable experience managing operations for a firm ranked in Pest Control Technology’s Top 100. In 2008—during the height of the Great Recession—he left his father’s company to take over a failing competitor’s branch in Canton, Ohio. Within months, he transformed the struggling operation—over $100,000 in debt—into a profitable business. From there, Complete Pest Solutions grew steadily across Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania, earning a reputation for honesty, transparency, and results in solving both pest and wildlife problems.

Resilience has been the hallmark of our brand from the very beginning. We launched during a recession, rebuilt after a devastating fire in 2012, and grew by more than 80% from Q1 2020 to Q1 2021 during the global pandemic—when many businesses were downsizing or shutting their doors.
